Account Types

Libertex fails to provide details about its account types, but I like that Libertex treats all traders equally. Each one gets the same account type and trading conditions, and there is no upgrade for more substantial deposits. With a minimum deposit of only $10, Libertex ensures all traders have access and flexibility.

Trading Platforms

Traders can use the MT4/MT5 trading platforms or the proprietary web-based alternative. Regrettably, Libertex does not provide add-ons for MT4/MT5. MT4 remains the market leader for algorithmic trading, and MT4/MT5 has an integrated copy trading system.

The web-based trading platform features a clean interface and a built-in signal service. Signals were part of the reason CySEC suspended its license. I like the information provided for each asset, and it includes the Trading Central Web TV.

Mobile trading

Moreover, the Libertex has also designed a mobile trading platform that is one of the best software for effective trading with different financial assets directly from the phone through the comprehensive charts and numerous trading tools. Also, in case you prefer to use market proven software MetaTrader4 you still having this option with Libertex.

What Can I Trade

Libertex maintains 50 currency pairs, 73 cryptocurrency pairs, 17 commodities, 26 index CFDs, 132 equity CFDs, and ten ETFs. The asset selection is average, except for cryptocurrencies, where Libertex ranks among the Top 20.

Leverage

Leverage rates on Libertex can change dependent on the trades considered by the user. Libertex leverage levels as usual determined by the regulatory restrictions, as are set by the European MiFID. Therefore, the maximum leverage level is set to 1:30 for major currencies, 1:20 for minor currencies and 1:5 for Cryptocurrencies. This level is generally considered an industry standard across all European regulated brokers and applies to most forex pairs.

Spreads & Commission

Libertex apply tight spreads across all trading instruments.

Spreads vary by asset and market, but Libertex remain competitive across most trades.

Libertex rollover

Also, always consider rollover or overnight fee as a cost, which is charged on the positions held longer than a day and determined by the particular instrument. The example of swaps you may also see in the table above.

Fees

Libertex does not apply fees. The minimum deposit is €100.

Deposits and withdrawals are free, so there are no hidden costs.

Bonuses and Promotions

Libertex provides a 100% deposit bonus, time-limited to 90 days. It forces trading, and I cannot recommend it. A Loyalty Program is also available, but Libertex does not outline the benefits to the trading conditions. It prides itself on more trading signals, and I want to stress again that they were part of the reason for the suspension of its CySEC license. The bonuses and promotions are only available from its South African subsidiary, and I advise traders to stay away from them.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Libertex supports a wide range of payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, SEPA/International bank wire transfers, Skrill, Neteller, and more. There are no deposit fees and your funds are credited to your account instantly except for wire transfers that take between 3-5 days.

When it comes to withdrawals, the options include PayPal and Skrill which incur zero withdrawal fees, while credit/debit card, SEPA bank transfer, and Neteller withdrawals incur a small withdrawal fee.

Minimum deposit

Libertex minimum deposit is 100$ as a start, which will allow you to convert demo account to a live one. As mentioned Libertex offers only one account type for retail traders and professionals may submit account only by confirming their status and thus will access absolutely tailored trading conditions.

Deposit fees

Libertex does not charge any commission for deposits from their side, yet make sure with the payment provider in case any other internal fees are applied. Also, Libertex may add on a withdrawal fee, which varies by the payment method, while Skrill is Free of Charge, 1% is added for Neteller transfers, or 0.5% for International bank transfers.
